These terms govern your use of the Swiss Nafilo website and any booking or rental request made through it. By using the site you agree to them.

Using the website

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You're responsible for keeping your account login confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Bookings & payment

A short-stay booking is confirmed once payment is completed through our payment provider. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include the fees listed in the price breakdown. For request-to-book stays, your booking is confirmed only after we approve the request and payment is received.

Long-term rentals

Long-term stays are arranged by request and a tailored offer. A separate rental agreement, deposit, and conditions (minimum term, utilities, notice period) apply and will be provided before any commitment.

Cancellations & refunds

Each apartment has a cancellation policy shown on its listing and at the time of booking. The refund you receive depends on that policy and on how far ahead of check-in you cancel. The policies we currently offer are:

Flexible

Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before check-in. No refund after that.

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 3 days before check-in.
  • No refund after that, or for a no-show.

Moderate

Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in; 50% up to 24 hours before. No refund after that.

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 1 day before check-in.
  • No refund after that, or for a no-show.

Strict

Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in; 50% up to 7 days before. No refund after that.

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund after that, or for a no-show.

Non-refundable

This rate cannot be refunded once paid. Best price, no flexibility.

To cancel, open the booking under My bookings and request cancellation. We review every request and confirm the applicable refund; where a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method. No-shows and early departures are not refundable unless the policy says otherwise.

House rules & liability

Guests agree to respect each property and its house rules. Swiss Nafilo is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts of Lausanne having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
